What I Believe

This is a section purely about my faith. Please don’t skip over it.

I believe that God is the Creator of everything. He made the animals, the planets, even us! He told the first two people, Adam and Eve, that they could eat from any tree in the garden where they lived EXCEPT the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil. But Satan, God’s #1 enemy, ruined God’s perfect creation. He tempted Adam and Eve to disobey God and they listened. Then sin entered the world. Then pain and suffering entered the world. But God had a plan. Through many different people, He established a family line for His Son. God sent His Son, Jesus, down to earth as a human. He sent Him to pay for my, your, everyone’s sin. He was crucified for US. If that’s not love, then I don’t know what is. Do you know what crucifixion is? It’s a death sentence where you are nailed to a wooden cross and left to die. It was agony. But Jesus did all of that for US.

I believe in all of this, so I was baptized along with my twin brother. When you’re baptized, it means you believe in God and in Jesus. It’s the first step to becoming a Christian. And when you believe in God and in Jesus, when you die, you’ll be with them forever in Heaven. Where there’s no pain, sadness, worry, or fear. Everything’s perfect there.

To learn more about God, get a Bible, it’s a book that’s all true, no matter how untrue it might seem. It’s the story of God working through His people. You can get a Bible at stores or on an app.
